Spokio is provided “as is” without any guarantees. We do our best to keep it reliable and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always work perfectly or suit every use case. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
No Warranties
We make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the app’s performance, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Respectful & Lawful Use
Use Spokio responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the app to create, distribute, or share content that is harmful, illegal, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.
Voice Cloning
- Only clone voices that you own or have explicit permission to use.
- Do not use generated audio to impersonate, deceive, defame, or harass any person.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to clone any voice used in the app.
Data & Privacy
Spokio processes all text and audio locally on your device by default. No personal audio or text data is transmitted to our servers.
If you use features powered by third-party services (such as voice APIs), those providers may process data according to their own privacy policies. You will be informed before any such feature is enabled. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — Spokio.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access to Spokio at any time, particularly in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the app or our website. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
